    Led acquisition and recapitalization of a multifamily property to convert to resident ownership. Structured cooperative financing and advanced a community land trust model to preserve long-term affordability.

    Serving as development and capital structuring partner on multiple faith-based housing projects. Structured layered financing including tax-exempt bonds, LIHTC equity, institutional capital, and regional grants.

    Partnered with a local church to redevelop underutilized land into an affordable senior housing community. Led entitlement strategy and capital structuring outside of traditional LIHTC financing.
